Separate choices
Requesting a quote, supplying a phone number, or accepting cleaning service does not automatically grant permission for marketing or public photo use. These optional choices must be presented separately from required service terms, with unchecked controls and clear descriptions. Declining optional permission must not prevent an ordinary quote request.
Marketing permission
Before live marketing begins, ClearView must identify the actual communication channels, sender, expected content, and how permission can be withdrawn. Transactional service messages and marketing are different purposes. This website does not enroll anyone in marketing, send advertisements, or establish a live text subscription. Any future permission must record the exact wording, version, time, and chosen channel.
Permission to publish photos
Photos provided to explain a quote are intended for that request. Public gallery use requires a distinct authorization describing the selected images, publication locations, and any approved identifying details. Only authorize material you have the right to share, including relevant permissions for identifiable people or third-party spaces. ClearView should avoid publishing addresses, entry information, or other private details. No website request upload is automatically approved for publication, and no partnership or endorsement should be implied from a photo.
