How do I get a quote?
Send photos and a few details, or arrange a free walkthrough. The owner prepares every price personally. A quote request is not a confirmed cleaning appointment.
Does my first cleaning include a deep clean?
Yes. First-time residential, commercial, and move-in/move-out cleanings are deep cleans. Tell us which areas you want excluded so we can agree on the scope. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance is available after that initial clean.
Do I have to be home?
You may be away if you have expressly authorized entry and provided working access. We agree on the access method beforehand. Please leave entry codes out of your quote request.
Is a deposit required?
A $75 deposit applies to first-time and one-time cleaning jobs and is credited toward that job’s total. Ongoing recurring maintenance does not require that deposit. The team confirms booking terms before you pay. This website does not take online payments.
What if I need to reschedule?
With at least 36 hours’ notice, your deposit can be moved to your new appointment. For shorter notice or cancellation without rescheduling, the deposit is retained under the draft policy. A new deposit is required for a replacement appointment when applicable. See the draft deposit policy for full details and exceptions.
What if I have a cleaning concern?
Contact us about the included area so we can review it. When we determine a follow-up is appropriate, we’ll arrange a return visit at no additional charge, subject to scheduling availability.
