Owner-issued invoices
ClearView's selected payment method is Chase invoices. The intended workflow uses a separate $75 deposit invoice where applicable and a final invoice for the remaining amount. The service total, verified deposit credit, and balance must be clear. A customer who has paid the deposit must not be invoiced for the full service total again.
Payment verification and timing
The remaining balance is due 15 calendar days after the actual cleaning completion date, using Central Time calendar dates. ClearView records completion in the owner workspace; until then the balance has no completion-based due date. Issuing or revising a payment link does not restart that 15-day period. The $75 deposit for an initial or one-time cleaning is due before service and is credited toward the accepted service total. For example, a $500 accepted quote with a verified $75 deposit leaves a $425 balance. Opening a payment link, returning from Chase, or saying “I paid” does not verify payment. The owner must use supported Chase evidence to record a payment, refund, or dispute.
Before a cleaning is confirmed
First-time and one-time cleaning require an accepted quote, an owner-confirmed available time, and a verified applicable deposit before service. Time confirmation and payment status are displayed separately. Recurring maintenance does not require a $75 deposit. The website does not invent an automatic reservation-hold deadline. If an appointment is changed or cancelled, contact the team to resolve the time and any payment; a payment alone does not reserve an unavailable slot. No late fees, interest, surcharges, or automatic taxes are established by this draft. This website collects no card information and does not process payments.
Before this policy goes live
Chase invoice creation and payment verification are manual. Review any separate cancellation/refund terms, corrections, tax treatment, and future recurring-maintenance billing before using them; draft terms are not accepted by quote acceptance.
