Draft for review
Property-access authorization
Express permission and working access when you are away.
This document is not active for binding acceptance. Live payment actions are disabled. Final operations and wording require owner review and appropriate professional review.
Permission to enter
Customers do not need to be present during cleaning when they have expressly authorized entry and provided working access. Permission must come from a person authorized to grant it. The agreed method may be a key, lockbox, authorized unlocked door, or a person letting the team in. Silence, a previously unlocked door, or a past appointment does not by itself authorize entry for a new visit.
Protecting entry information
The live service should collect entry instructions only through an appropriately protected channel, limit staff access to those who need it, and remove sensitive codes when no longer needed under an approved retention policy. Do not enter door codes or key locations into a website quote request. Routine email, SMS, calendar descriptions, public notes, and analytics should not contain sensitive entry information.
If the team cannot enter
ClearView should contact the customer and document the access problem. Customer absence with working authorized access does not prevent service. The owner's proposed no-access deposit rule remains subject to reviewed wording, a confirmed arrival waiting period, the actual facts, and applicable rights. Arriving at the wrong time, using incorrect instructions, or another ClearView-caused problem is not a customer no-access event. Preparation for pets, utilities, and fragile items should be agreed before the appointment.
Before this policy goes live
Confirm the protected collection method, access retention period, authorized staff rules, waiting period, and reviewed authorization language.
