Cleaning service agreement

Your agreed service
Each job requires an owner-issued quote identifying the property, cleaning type, included work, add-ons, exclusions, total price, applicable deposit, and remaining balance. The accepted quote version defines the work. Photo-based quotes are final for that agreed scope. If new information changes the requested work or price, ClearView and the customer must accept a revised quote before additional work or charges.
Deep cleaning and maintenance
New clients begin with an initial deep clean. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring maintenance may follow verified completion of that clean. Oven and refrigerator interiors are add-ons. Cabinet and drawer interiors may form part of an agreed deep-clean scope, subject to confirmed access, contents, and exclusions. Specialty tasks, ladder limits, furniture moving, delicate surfaces, and supplies must be specifically confirmed rather than assumed.
Preparation and booking
The customer provides authorized working access and agreed preparation for pets, utilities, and fragile belongings. They need not be present when entry has been expressly authorized. Quote acceptance, appointment reservation, and deposit payment are separate steps. An accepted quote enables a cleaning time request; it does not reserve a time. ClearView confirms an available time through Google Calendar. A confirmed time can still show a deposit pending; the applicable deposit must be verified before service. The private request shows these steps separately.
